Your portal shows a live cut-off time for your round. Check the cut-off shown when you log in to ensure any changes are applied in time.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled through your account and you can view statements in the portal. Taylor’s typically invoices on a two-weekly or monthly basis to keep payments straightforward.
