What time do deliveries arrive?

Taylor’s delivers dairy products to your doorstep by the latest of 7:30 am.

How do I order and manage my deliveries?

Ordering is done through the YourMoo customer portal, where you can manage your account, orders, holidays, and statements.

When is the cut-off time for changes to my order?

Your portal shows a live cut-off time for your round. Check the cut-off shown when you log in to ensure any changes are applied before your next delivery.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled through your account and you can view statements in the portal. Taylor’s typically invoices on a fortnightly or monthly basis to keep payments straightforward.
