How billing works

Billing & payments

We keep billing straightforward. You’ll be invoiced on either a fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on your account set-up.

You can view your statements and billing history in the customer portal at any time, so it’s easy to keep track of orders and payments.

Payment details are managed through your account in the portal.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across most of Milton Keynes and a range of surrounding areas. Check the Delivery Areas page to confirm, and if you do not see your area listed, you can still contact us to register interest.

Register for an online account, submit your details, and a member of the team will add you to a delivery round. You will be notified by email once this is done, then you can log in and start ordering.

New accounts are added to delivery rounds by a team member (not automatically). It can take a short while for your account to be activated for ordering, and you will be emailed once it’s ready.

Taylor’s delivers dairy products to your doorstep by the latest of 7:30 am.

Ordering is done through the YourMoo customer portal, where you can manage your account, orders, holidays, and statements.

Your portal shows a live cut-off time for your round. Check the cut-off shown when you log in to ensure any changes are applied in time.

Billing is handled through your account and you can view statements in the portal. Taylor’s typically invoices on a fortnightly or monthly basis (to keep payments straightforward).
